Not news will tell that Descartes’ anthropology is fatal -unsuccessful. Weakness of Cartesian anthropology is, as though "payment" for successful ontology (the productive metaphysics which has laid down in a basis of classical new European rationality). But whether this "weak" anthropology nevertheless tells about human  something, that other, more successful anthropological concepts cannot tell?

V.I. Moiseev To philosophy and mathematics of R-analysis. Part 1

The paper is devoted to a project of new mathematics, where quantity is organised in systems of so called “gallaxies”, relatively closed regions of quantity with own qualitative characterisics. A new kind of quantitative processes, wich cross the galaxy boundaries, is investigated. This sort of the processes is illustrated on the example of natural numbers. A new conception of nonadditive arithmetics is introduced, where sum of numbers can be more (superadditive arithmetics) or less (subadditive arithmetics) than usual sum. R-functions are introduced as maps between the galaxies. R-analysis is defined as a new direction of mathematics dealing with R-functions and R-invariancy.

The article explores the meaning of modern education in the context of intellectualization of labour, when science transforms into a direct productive force. In connection with this tendency, the need for permanent education and comprehensive development of personal cognitive abilities and consciousness appears. Leadership is not a function of management. While leader qualities constitute an integral part of the arsenal of many non-managers a good deal of managers themselves doesn’t evince such abilities in carrying out their everyday duties. Nor are leaders alter egos of managers, deciding what are right things - in contrast with the latter having to do things rightly. The elaboration of objectives as an inseparable component of the planning is one of the primary tasks of managers. Those not determining what must be done, automatically turn into ordinary performers.

The reverse of the same medal is the representation of managers as formal leaders differing from “standard” ones only in being endowed with certain official power over the staff. But without formal regulation of rights and duties no complex order is attainable. As a result, the organization gets deprived of its hierarchical structure and transmutes into a primitive association.

All the prevalent approaches fail and don’t allow to obtain some distinct comprehension of the nature of leadership. That’s why an insistent necessity of fresh theoretical perspectives arises - to grasp by a single glance leadership and management and to show them as different but kindred modes of influencing people.

The question of possible influence Eleusinian mysteries on Plato's doctrine about immortality of the soul is considered in this article. Despite formal similarity of separate elements of a cult to Plato's sights, the author comes to a conclusion about substantial difference and independence of the Eleusinian mysteries of the central positions of the doctrine of Plato about immortality  of the soul.

By leading principle of conceptual adequacy of theoretical construction as not causal determination, but coherentness – fractal of its elements comes forward an explanatory model. In the process of social verification there is integration of scientific theories in the existent system of mental and valued options of spiritual culture. Attribute of classic science – ethics neutrality of scientific knowledge becomes an unattainable ideal.

В «Дигестах» Юстиниана, являющимися классическим сводом римского права, осуждается самоубийство «без причины», поскольку «тот кто не жалеет себя, не пожалеет и других». В древнем Риме трупы самоубийц распинали или отдавали на съедение диким зверям, суицид был приравнен к преступлению - за него полагалось конфискация имущества, запрет на траур и предание тела земле. В Древнем Карфагене женские самоубийства пресекались угрозой выставить после смерти их обнаженные тела на всеобщее обозрение. Поскольку Римский император был, по сути, богом на земле, не редки были случаи, когда по его приказу кто-нибудь из граждан кончал с собой (самый известный пример - смерть Сенеки).

Иудеи относились к самоубийству отрицательно. Изначально Бог дал человеку свободу принимать решения и следовать им. Иудеи относились к жизни творчески, как к величайшей ценности, а человек в некотором смысле был не соперник Богу, а партнером в продолжающейся работе творения. Закон утверждал, что жизнь надо ценить, не отчаиваться, видя во всех явлениях промысел божий. Самоубийство было непростительной роскошью - у маленького кочевого народа каждая жизнь была ценна. В Талмуде попытка самоубийства рассматривается, как преступление, подлежащее суду и наказанию. Однако допускалось, что самоубийца мог действовать в состоянии исступления и больше нуждался в жалости, чем в преследовании по закону (тем не менее, первый царь иудеев Саул покончил с собой, бросившись на меч).

Самые большие изменения произошли с приходом христианства. Вернее в то время, когда оно достаточно широко распространилось и стало официальной религией Римской империи. Взяв за основу постулат «Кесарю кесарево», а «Богу Богово», согласно которому бессмертной душей мог распоряжаться только тот, кто ее дал - то есть Всевышний, Церковь повела плотное наступление на самоубийство, как явление. В средние века под давлением религии в Австрии, Пруссии, Франции и некоторых других странах самоубийство стали относить к преступлениям.

В 452 году на Арльском соборе самоубийцы были заклеймены, как «объятые дьявольским безумством», в 533 Орлеанский собор отказал в христианском погребении преступников, совершающий самоубийство, поскольку совершив самосуд, они уходили от наказания, в 563 году Бражский собор выступил уже против всех самоубийц, отказав им в отпевании и погребении, и, наконец, в 693 году от церкви отлучались не только самоубийцы, но и те, кто остался жив.

В Европе началась настоящая война против самоубийц. В «Канонах» английского короля Эдуарда XI самоубийц приравнивали к разбойникам и ворам. В Дании было запрещено выносить тело самоубийцы через дверь - для этой цели использовали окно, потом тело сжигалось, что должно символизировать вечное горение души в адском огне. В Бордо - самоубийц вешали за ноги и выставляли на всеобщее обозрение, в Обервиле - тащили лицом вниз на рогоже по улице. В законах Людовика Святого (XIII в) имущество самоубийцы конфисковали, если же это был дворянин - его герб ломали, замок разрушали, все остальное становилось достоянием казны.

Часто самоубийц хоронили на перекрестках дорог, забивая в сердце осиновый кол, поскольку по поверьям их души, не найдя успокоения на небесах, бродили по земле, пугая живых. Нередки были случаи, когда просто за подозрение в самоубийстве тело могли выкопать из могилы и выставить на обозрение.

В новое время первым, решившим посмотреть на самоубийство с другой стороны, был Монтень, писавший об этом «благородном средстве». Дэвид Юм в 1777, спустя лишь 20 лет после написания, решился, опубликовал свою работу «О самоубийстве». Книга сразу же попала в список запрещенных изданий. Поскольку отношение к самоубийству как явлению постепенно менялось, те кто, его совершал, часто признавались психически ненормальными.

Постепенно стали отменять законы, уголовно наказывающие самоубийц. Первым это сделала Франция во время Французской революции. В Америке, еще в 1881 году собрание штата Нью-Йорк определяло срок 20 лет тем, чья попытка самоубийства была неудачной. Дальше всех, наверное, пошли англичане - раньше по английским законам, в случае неудавшегося самоубийства, государство доводило начатое дело до конца. А уголовный преступлением самоубийство перестало считаться в Великобритании не так давно - в 1961 году, а еще в 1955 году состоялся процесс, по итогам которого подсудимого приговорили к двум годам тюрьмы.

В военном морском артикуле Петра I было сказано: «ежели кто себя убьет, то мертвое тело, привязав к лошади, волочить по улицам, за ноги повесить, дабы смотря на то, другие такого беззакония над собой чинить, не отваживались». Естественно, что при таком жестком контроле со стороны государства число самоубийц было крайне низким. Жесткие кары за попытки самоубийства были введены при Петре I, затем они были смягчены, но по «Положению о наказаниях уголовных и  исправительных от 1885 года» лишение себя жизни не влекло уголовного наказания только в случаях, когда «кто-либо по великодушному  патриотизму  подвергнет себя очевидной опасности или прямо верной смерти, а равно женщина лишит себя жизни для спасения от грозившего насилия. Статьи об ответственности за самоубийство и за покушение на него действовали в России довольно долго. В Англии уголовные санкции за покушение на самоубийство были отменены только в 1961 году [1].
